Argh. It happened again: I pressed the publish button much too early.
I was looking for photos of yesterdays celebration in The Hague of the homecoming of the vice world champions football and the reception in The Hague by the prime minister in the “Cats Huis” which is the Dutch equivalent of the White House in Washington and the knighting of the coach and the captain.
In the process I found this veryy happy photo of proliferate The Hague based photographer Roel Wijnants on Flickr. I gives a good view of what The Hague is also about: A multi cultural city.
Roel took this photo on Queensday on a Turkish Islamitic Cultural party that was organized parallel to Queensday.
